Dr. Derek Cody is a board-certified plastic surgeon with Crystal Clinic Plastic Surgeons, specializing in aesthetic surgery and advanced microsurgery. He earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, completed plastic surgery training at Cleveland Clinic, and pursued fellowship training in microsurgery in New York before practicing in Southern California.

Dr. Cody is actively involved in research, medical student and resident education, and global surgical outreach, having provided plastic surgery care in South America, Haiti, and Africa. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presented his work at regional and national meetings. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
