Dr. Earl Stephenson, Jr. is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the owner and medical director of ESJ Aesthetics in Dunwoody, Georgia. With more than 25 years of experience across oral and maxillofacial surgery, general surgery, and aesthetic plastic surgery, his career reflects a rare, dual-degree perspective that bridges dentistry, medicine, and advanced reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Dr. Stephenson is deeply invested in mentorship and professional development. He has served as an adjunct clinical professor and clerkship mentor the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and General Surgery Residency program at Atlanta Medical Center.
